![]() So then you drive up, find out you can’t talk to them in the building, so you get in the horrendously long drive-through line just to talk to them. And God help you if you want to call them because you will NOT get a call through in less than an hour. Well, sometimes we have to actually TALK to the staff about things. They were only taking customers at the drive-through. Back in November or December I was told that all/most of the pharmacy staff had quit. People, do NOT switch your prescriptions to this branch. ![]() Fortunately, I don’t depend on a medication to stay alive, but I’m shocked at what truly sick or frail people are having to put up with from disengaged corporate travesties like CVS. What would happen if someone died because they couldn’t get their medication, nor could they talk to an actual pharmacist to help them get their medications? The DEA should shut down this ridiculous excuse for a pharmacy. I stood in line yesterday because they had shorted me 20 pills on a 90 day prescription. Talking to others in line (some of whom were elderly, disabled and/or sick and shouldn’t have been out at all, but the drive-through was closed) and everyone said the same thing. ![]() Waited in line for two days in a row for almost 40 minutes just to pick up a prescription. Something is seriously wrong with how CVS is managing these pharmacies. This is NOT the fault of the ONE pharmacist tech working there on February 13 and 14, 2023. The absolute worst experience EVER at a pharmacy.
